Indianapolis, IN – [July 2005] – HDG Mansur acted as advisor to its private client on the acquisition of 5051 Peachtree Corners Circle, in Norcross, Georgia, for $20 million. The prestigious office building is situated in the internationally-acclaimed Technology Park/Atlanta and is leased to Leica Geosystems GIS & Mapping, LLC for 10 years.
