PRECEDENT OFFICE PARK RECIEVES STELLAR REVIEWS FOR OVERALL TENANT SATISFACTION IN 2011

The Precedent Office Park, which is located on the Northeast side of Indianapolis, has recently received stellar reviews for its overall tenant satisfaction as released by Kingsley Associates. The reviews are part of an annual survey and tenant feedback initiative spearheaded by the management team of Cassidy Turley at a corporate level.
Kingsley Associates is the industry leader in tenant satisfaction initiatives. The study, conducted independently by Kingsley, provides tenant feedback on such categories as overall satisfaction, property recommendation, overall management satisfaction, quality of buildings and satisfaction with the leasing process. The recent 2011 reviews rated the Precedent Office Park and the local management team of Cassidy Turley not only above the Kingsley National Averages, but they received the highest scores for Overall Satisfaction for the Indianapolis Office Market within Cassidy Turley. The reviews also indicated increases in tenant satisfaction as compared to previous study years, which is an important trend as it relates to sustained tenant satisfaction and the Landlord's overall commitment to the office property.
