HDG MANSUR OPENS BOCA OFFICE

March 17, 2010 – [INDIANAPOLIS] – HDG Mansur is pleased to announce the opening of a Boca Raton, Florida office.
The office is located in the heart of the Florida Atlantic University Research and Development Park, a property that has been in the HDG Mansur portfolio for over one year.
Chairman and CEO of HDG Mansur, Harold D. HDG Mansur hired Albert Livingston to manage the Boca office. Additional HDG Mansur offices are located in Indianapolis, New York, London and Dubai.
The FAU Research and Development Park consists of two prime locations, one conveniently adjacent to the FAU main campus in Boca Raton at the University's north entrance and the other highly visible campus along the east side of I-95 in Deerfield Beach. The project consists of eight buildings totaling approximately 350,000 sq. ft. as well as more than 25 acres of development land with entitlements to construct another 377,000 sq. ft. of research and development office product to meet the strong market demand and provide added value opportunities. The portfolio is situated in markets with sizeable growth projections and limited available land for new development.
