HDG Mansur Investment Services Limited has completed two lettings at its building on Ernst-Reuter Platz, in the Charlottenburg district of West Berlin.
Hochtief Construction AG, the international construction company, has taken 17,250 sq. ft. on a five year lease. CB.e Clausecker Bingel Ereignisse AG, a PR and Communications company, has taken 20,950 sq. ft. over four floors on a seven year lease. The quoting rent on the remainder of the building is €17 per sq. ft.
The building was acquired in January 2007 by HDG Mansur for the HSBC Amanah Global Property Income Fund.
Peter Matthews, HDG Mansur's Head of Investment Management for Europe commented: "This is very positive news for the Fund and the strength of the occupiers we have secured confirms the attractiveness of the property in the marketplace. We are delighted to have signed such strong tenants for the building and I am pleased to note that there is strong interest in the remaining floors.''
Jones Lang LaSalle advised HDG Mansur.
