HDG Mansur breaks ground on Arbor Village at Hamilton Proper

Indianapolis, IN – HDG Mansur Properties, Inc. ("HDG Mansur") is pleased to announce the ground-breaking of its new shopping and recreation development, Arbor Village at Hamilton Proper. Arbor Village is an 11 acre commercial site located within the upscale, master planned community of Hamilton Proper, with significant visibility and access on 116th Street just east of Hoosier Road.
The site is comprised of 4.1 acres for a 39,900 sq. ft. retail shopping center, 4-5 outlots of at least one acre each and a public sports park. The retail center will include upscale architectural features unique to the market which are designed to resemble residential structures found in historic neighborhoods of Central Indiana. Targeted tenants include a mix of eateries, ice cream and coffee shops, high-end gift shops, boutiques, personal services, and a day spa. Targeted tenants for outlots include a grocer, a dentist and a banking institution.
The sports park will consist of seven youth soccer fields which will be integrated with the retail center by a walking path. This recreation area combined with the retail center incorporates a family-friendly atmosphere and will provide the conveniences that families look for close to home.
Phase one construction of the retail center will begin in fall 2007 and be complete and open to the public in spring of 2008.
