Indianapolis, Indiana – [December 28, 2006] – HDG Mansur has sold the Century Building, located at 36 South Pennsylvania Street, to Blue Real Estate for $10.8 million. HDG Mansur bought the 147,610 sq. ft. 100+ year old building in 1982 and renovated it the following year. The Century Building was constructed in 1901 is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Major tenants of The Century Building include: Steak n Shake Company, Denison Parking, DLZ Indiana, Inc., Princeton Search Group, and Threlkeld & Reynolds law firm.
The Century Building represents HDG Mansur's first-ever acquisition on behalf of private clients. Other notable office properties currently under HDG Mansur management include 120 Monument Circle, Market Tower, Illinois Building, and Precedent Office Park.
