01 August 2006

Indianapolis, IN – [August 2006] – HDG Mansur acted as advisor to its private client for the acquisition of the Group Health Cooperative Administrative Main Building in Tukwila, Washington, just outside of Seattle, for $47.5 million. The two-story, 290,412 sq. ft. building is situated on over 12 acres of land and located in an area that provides easy access to all major markets within the Seattle metro area.

"One factor in deciding to enter the Seattle market was the region's strong history of employment growth," states Harold D. Garrison, Chairman/CEO of HDG Mansur. "We project that these trends will continue to exceed national averages well into the future and help contribute to continued growth for the sub-market where the property is located. "

This property represents HDG Mansur's first transaction in the Seattle area.

HDG Mansur has approximately $2.5 billion in current assets under management on behalf of private clients. The company continues to seek attractive property acquisition opportunities in North America and in Europe.
