HDG Mansur Announces Acquisition Of SBC Services Buildings

Indianapolis, IN – [August 2006] – HDG Mansur acted as advisor to its private client on the acquisition of SBC Services buildings in Richardson, Texas, for $26.7 million. This transaction included two buildings totaling 174,825 sq. ft. of office space including a Network Operations Center (NOC).

"The two buildings, renovated and occupied by SBC Services since 2001, are in a strong location along the west side of the North Central Expressway (US-75) the main highway north from downtown that bisects the heart of the City. The location is within the Telecom Corridor, a submarket that has diversified its tenant base over the last several years to include a number of large financial firms, technology companies and many small – midsize non-telecom companies," states Harold D. Garrison, Chairman/CEO of HDG Mansur. "This acquisition created an opportunistic investment with favorable near-term growth potential."
