Lisle, Illinois – [February 2006] – HDG Mansur acted as advisor to its private client on the acquisition of a Class A office building located outside of Chicago for $36 million. The four-story building is located on over 15 acres of land within the Western East-West Corridor submarket of the Chicago metropolitan area.
The building offers many amenities, including a child development center with play area, full service cafeteria/dining area, fitness center, data center, education center, client entertainment center and auditorium. Area amenities include local fine dining, casual cuisine and shopping in addition to many hotels and a forest preserve.
Computer Associates International ('CA, Inc.'), the sole tenant of the property, is one of the world's largest management software companies with customers in more than 140 countries.
"CA, Inc. and its predecessor have occupied this building since it was built in 1988 and over the years have invested almost $2 million into upgrades," states Harold D.
