HDG MANSUR LETS OVER 5,000 SQ. M. IN DRESDEN

HDG Mansur Investment Services Limited has completed over 5,000 sq m of lettings at its Blasewitzer Strasse building in Dresden. Caverion GmbH, a facilities engineering company, has taken 2,480 sq m over three floors on a five year lease. Versatel Ost GmbH, an internet and mobile phone company, has taken 1,036 sq m on a five year lease. The headline rent achieved is €7.50 per square meter per month.

The building was acquired in January 2007 by HDG Mansur for its flagship HSBC Amanah Global Property Income Fund.

Peter Matthews, Head of Investment Management for Europe commented: "This is very positive news and the strength of the occupiers we have secured confirms the attractiveness of this property in the marketplace. The building is resilient, and I am pleased to note there is strong interest from other tenants for the remaining space.''
