HDG Mansur Investment Services Limited has completed over 5,000 sq m of lettings at its Blasewitzer Strasse building in Dresden. Caverion GmbH, a facilities engineering company, has taken 2,480 sq m over three floors on a five year lease. Versatel Ost GmbH, an internet and mobile phone company, has taken 1,036 sq m on a five year lease. The headline rent achieved is €7.50 per square meter per month.
The building was acquired in January 2007 by HDG Mansur for its flagship HSBC Amanah Global Property Income Fund.
