PETER MATTHEWS JOINS HDG MANSUR'S LONDON OFFICE

HDG Mansur Investment Services Limited, is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Matthews to their London office as Head of Asset Management.
As part of his new role, Peter will be responsible for the direct management of the European portfolio of loan and real estate assets and for supporting new business development, strategic asset planning and current portfolio management. Peter will also oversee the general management of the properties, including leasing queries.
Peter commented "I am delighted to be joining HDG Mansur at a time when there will be very exciting opportunities in the real estate markets across Europe."
Peter joins us from Mansford Holdings where he was Pan European Asset Manager and was responsible for sourcing and managing assets in a wide range of European countries. Prior to that, Peter was with Rowan Asset Management Ltd, where he was responsible for their European assets. He brings with him a wealth of experience in real estate having held positions at Savills, Jones Lang Wooton and CB Richard Ellis.
