Indianapolis, IN – [September 1, 2005] – HDG Mansur acted as advisor to its private client on the acquisition of Renaissance Tower, in Sacramento, California, for over $79 million. The prominent building is located three blocks from the State Capitol building and the scenic Sacramento River.
